Gastric bypass surgery stories are often positive - obesity can put physical and emotional barriers in front of us that seem to disappear when we lose weight - but don't shy away from giving us the hard-to-take truth too. We want to hear it all. We'd like to see your gastric bypass before after photo as well.

We haven't quite figured out how to get the form to accept photo uploads, but let us know in the form that you have a pic, and we'll get you on our I'm-not-a-spammer list so you can send it to us. A little bit of a pain, but that will change with the web 2.0 feature we'll be adding very soon.

We're especially interested in hearing from people who've had their surgery outside of the United States.
